FIRST VACCINATIONS

Robert the day before the vaccinations

I must say I did not think it would have been like this...
Since my fiancee' has no simpathy for needles I was the one that had to keep our little Robert still by holding his legs down on the doctor's table...
Up until just a second before the injection he was smiling away, which mad it even more difficult for me, then the first needle went in and he looked at me with a face like "what was that?" and a few seconds later he started crying, the doctor encouraged me to pick him up and hold him and then put him back down for the second shot at which he screamed horribly and I felt so helpless and mortified...
I was crying too, I had to put my baby through that pain!
After 10 minutes he had stopped crying and I was still going on even though I was smiling at him pretending all was fine.
CONCLUSION: Gods forbid he hurts himself as I'll be the one in pieces...I'm such a crybaby!
I strongly recommend information about vaccines is read before taking your baby for vaccinations, they can be dangerous (encephalitis etc.)and even fatal (sids, allergic reactions, intossications etc.)if certain circumstances are present (premature babies, flu, colds, etc.) and most countries still use harmful chemicals in them so watch what you do... I'll never vaccinate my son again nor my next offspring after I came to know the truth that revolves around vaccinations, the risks are far too high than the benefits. This said I breastfeed so his immune system will always be better than a formula fed baby. Everyone is different.
